Radiotherapy Localization
Precision:Our production process emphasizes the molding and immobilization efficacy of radiotherapy thermoplastic masks, ensuring uniform stretching of mesh pores during forming. This maintains consistent fixation performance, delivering enhanced stability and precision in patient immobilization.
Softening Temperature:When placed in 65°C–70°C water, the mask softens completely within 3–4 minutes, indicated by a transparent appearance. Complete softening facilitates optimal molding, fixation, and patient comfort during positioning.
Safety:During thermal molding, the material does not adhere to patient hair, skin, or to itself. All products in the radiotherapy immobilization film series are made from environmentally friendly materials and are biodegradable after disposal.
Comfort:The material exhibits minimal shrinkage during stretching, improving patient comfort. Precision CNC-punched holes (accuracy up to 0.02 mm) ensure the nasal area remains unobstructed after molding, facilitating natural breathing.
Thickness:Custom thickness options including 2.4 mm, 2.8 mm, and 3.2 mm are available to meet specific clinical requirements.
Memory Performance:As a thermoplastic material with shape memory, the mask can be remolded and reused. If initial positioning is unsatisfactory, the deformed material can be re-softened in 65°C–70°C water for reformation.
Important Note:Re-molding is intended for repeated immobilization of the same patient. Reusing a previously applied immobilization mask for a different patient may lead to regulatory and legal compliance issues.
